Information we collect
Information you provide. When you use the calculator, we collect the property address you enter and any details you choose to provide, such as your estimate of the home's value, your target sale price, and renovation information. If you request a savings report or ask to be matched with an agent, we also collect your name, email address, phone number, and intended selling timeline.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data — such as pages visited, actions taken on the Site, approximate location (derived from IP address), browser type, and device information — through Google Analytics. This helps us understand how the Site is used and improve it.
Property data. To generate estimates, we combine the information you enter with publicly available and licensed real estate data, such as county assessor records and market statistics. This data relates to properties, not to you personally.
How we use your information
- To generate your commission estimate and, if requested, email you a savings report.
- To connect you with a licensed real estate agent when you request an agent match.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

How we share information
Referral agents. If you request an agent match, we share your contact information and relevant property details with a licensed real estate agent so they can contact you. We do not share your contact information with agents unless you request a match.
Service providers. We use third-party providers to operate the Site, including Amazon Web Services (hosting, data storage, and email delivery), Google (address autocomplete via Google Places and analytics via Google Analytics), and our web hosting provider. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If REcube is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure Site usage. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage data as described above. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry standard for responding to DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
Data retention and security
We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled cloud storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.

Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including our affiliated site CashOnlyHomes.com. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
